Tom Grass is an English writer who studied Modern History at Oxford. Tom founded production company Pure Grass Films in 2007 where he wrote and developed web, film and TV series. Since 2012 Tom has been working as a creative consultant, writing and producing content for young people in Africa most recently with the UNFPA in Haiti. Tom’s first novel, Twist, a reboot of Oliver Twist set in London today was published by Orion books in September 2014 and is now being made into a film (Sky Cinema 2019). He is currently writing his second YA novel, a girl supernatural detective story set in Kenya entitled Lucky and the Nightrunners.
