Her recipes, from spinach and vanilla cake to beetroot chocolate truffles, have been published The Guardian as well as magazines and online. Kate’s first book, The London Bible, was published by Summersdale (2004) and Interlink US (2005).
She first tasted chocolate at the age of six (hippie parents) and has made up for lost time ever since, frequently to worrying levels.
