I read English Literature and Latin at Manchester University. After leaving university, I did a work experience placement at the Lonely Planet where I realized that I wanted to pursue a career in publishing.
I read many books for my English Literature degree at the University of Cambridge, and many more for my MA in Medieval Studies at the University of Toronto. I became a literary agent so that I'd never run out of things to read.
After reading Philosophy and Theology at Oxford University I spent a year working with a number of publishers and agencies. In 2014 I joined the team at LBA as a Junior Agent, and have since been actively building my list.
I studied English Literature as an undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh, where I won the Saintsbury Prize, then did an MA in English and American Fiction at the University of York. After graduating, I trained as a copy editor at Mills & Boon.
